"NS220"

The name 'NS220' came from serial number the of the landmark "Time Tunnel' in Yuen Long district, New Territories, Hong Kong. As a resident of Yuen Long, the composer reconstructed the soundscape such as the noises from various human activities and backgrounds in the significant Futuristic Green Subway.

“NS220”一名源於香港新界元朗區地標性建築「時光隧道」的編號。作者作為元朗居民，以樂器聲音重構由各種人類活動及背景噪音，展示出此未來派風格的綠色隧道中的音景。

As a composer, she introduces the two low-pitch instruments, Tuba and Bass Drum, to depict echoic sounds including bike braking and wind blowing by multiple timbers. As a Pianist, she applied her piano aesthetic in portraying the sonic ambient such as metallic sounds inside the tunnel by water drops and air vibrations.

 

作者以作曲家第份以低音號和大鼓兩種低音樂器描繪迴聲，如單車剎掣及風聲；並以鋼琴家身份，以琴音描繪水滴與空氣振動發出的聲音，如隧道內的金屬聲。
